Wow! We have been home one week and what a week it has been! Ella has experienced so many firsts. Here are a few:
1 - Her first airplane ride
2 - Her first ride in a car seat
3 - Being united with her forever family at church
4 - Going to the doctor
5 - Being licked by Cash (our lab)
6 - Attending church at West Main
7 - Attending home group
8 - Being rocked to sleep by mommy
9 - Being "show n tell" for big brother's class
10 - Meeting so many people who have prayed for her
We get a little bit better with each other each day. She has continued to be a real trooper! She has bonded well with me. I pray that she will bond with her daddy soon. My arms sure do get tired! :)
We are so in love with Ella and are forever grateful that God has plans to prosper her and not to harm her. We claim Jeremiah 29:11 as our family verse and see it playing out in our lives daily.
